This smoothie is packed with nutrients to give you a steady release of energy, hydration, and muscle support for your surfing session.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water – for hydration and electrolytes
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) – provides quick energy and vitamin C

Instructions
