This smoothie is packed with nutrients to give you a steady release of energy, hydration, and muscle support for your surfing session.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water – for hydration and electrolytes

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) – provides quick energy and vitamin C

  • 1/2 banana – for natural carbs and potassium to prevent muscle cramps

  • 1/4 avocado – adds healthy fats for sustained energy and creaminess

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) – protein boost for muscle support
